Pickup/ Drop Off

Unfortunately, without a booking for the day before you cannot. Because we do back to back bookings, often items are booked Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This means that usually the item will already be booked on the day before your booking and we actually cannot organise for it to be picked up earlier.

On booking please consider whether you need an extra day to come and pick it up. We do provide extra days bookings at 50% of the hire cost of each product. For example, if you need to hire the 21 Numbers for 2 days the total cost will be $88.50. 

Please message us if you would like an extra day and we can create a discount code for you. 

Again, unfortunately no. Like as answered in above we have back to back bookings. If you require an extra day please message us for a discount code for 50% off your additional day.

As on the item, on the 'How it Works' tab and on the checkbox you tick when checking out the items are as below. 

Weekday Bookings

Pickup from 9am

Return by 9.30am the following day

Saturday Bookings

Pickup from 10am

Return by 10.30am Sunday

Sunday Bookings

Pickup from 11am

Return by 11.30am Monday

Yes, the booking is for 24 hours. So you pickup the day of your event and drop back the following morning within the times highlighted above.
